1 medium size apple; 

50 grams of turkey; 

150 grams of herbal yogurt; 

A handful of hazelnuts, walnuts, or almonds

28-day diet plan:


The three-day diet plan may be the start of the longer diet plan that is almost a month long.

The principle of the 28-day diet plan is the same: total 3 meals day with 2 time snacks, but the food ingredients list is bigger:
